 ExpressSERV Delivery

The secure ExpressBill system will receive incoming purchase requests via SMS, IVR, WEB or WAP. The request is then appropriately routed through the ExpressSERV system so that the correct keyword is used. Once the request is identified, and payment response received, the content is made available to the customer for download via WAP. The content push can be returned via Premium SMS for a charged service or via standard SMS for a free download to the customer.

From the original content request, ExpressSERV identifies the requesting handset type and tailors the content response for the features that particular handset supports! Our mobile communicator product, ExpressCOMM, provides you with a flexible way to use SMS keywords to trigger SMS responses for various applications such as voting, competitions, subscriptions and time-based alerts.

Part of this flexibility enables you to choose between using Premium or Bulk SMS messaging enabling you to offer your customers services at a premium charge or for free.

Triggered Alerts, enables you to setup a service enabling end users to receive messages previously setup by you each time the user sends in. The preset message can be either entered in on our secure ExpressBill administration system, or retrieved off any of your servers via a HTTP interface.

Time Based Alerts enable end users to subscribe to a message service, setup by you, to send out regular SMS updates at certain time intervals. Similar to Triggered Alerts, the preset message can either be entered into our secure ExpressBill administration system, or retrieved off any of your servers via a HTTP interface. Along with sending messages at preset time intervals, the Time Based Alerts system can also be used to send messages at any time to all users subscribed.

Subscriptions services include such services as tarot readings, horoscopes and daily inspirations. You simply need to specify which service you would like and end users can begin subscribing each day.

The ExpressCOMM administration system enables each campaign to be tailor made with pre-set auto-responder messages. Campaign statistics are available in real-time via the secure ExpressBill administration system, subscribers can also be viewed.

>     Voting - Create a system for counting end user SMS votes. A reply message is automatically sent for each vote entered. Votes can be tallied on the secure ExpressBill.

Expresstxt Premium SMS Gateway

The ExpressBill SMS gateway enables the delivery of premium or standard SMS messages worldwide!

Our premium SMS gateway enables clients to either send XML encapsulated or simple GET and POST parameters via a secure HTTP connection.

All connections communicate with a simple “SMS Receive” API that forwards the messages instantly to the end users. This interface enables any custom application or external server to connect to the ExpressBill SMS gateway and deliver premium or standard SMS messages.



Availability
Premium SMS connections are available in the USA, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Spain, Holland and the UK. The ExpressBill gateway provides worldwide coverage for standard SMS.

Our global coverage of standard SMS services allows clients to still offer credit card and IVR solutions to their end users who reside in countries with very primitive SMS services. Premium sms, credit card and IVR solutions can be offered to end users in areas with the latest technology SMS services offered.

Tariffs
Premium SMS messages can be charged at varying rates depending on the short dial code used. There can only be a single tariff per short dial code, but many messages can be sent per end user transaction on short dial codes on which the user is billed when they receive the premium message (MT).
